Nightingale
#1
We have (or maybe had, didn't hear it last night <img src='http://poultrychat.com/oldforumIcons/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' /> ) a nightingale close by - it's been amazing to hear a bird singing such a song so late into the night.

I'll be a bit disappointed if he's moved on, would really like him to stay <img src='http://poultrychat.com/oldforumIcons/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

You are lucky. I haven't heard a nightingale since I was a child.
Today is the First Day of the rest of our lives.

I have never heard a nightingale, ever. You lucky people!
If they can be taught to hate, they can be taught to love.

I think it has moved on, as haven't heard it for a couple of nights now <img src='http://poultrychat.com/oldforumIcons/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' />

Shame as I was hoping my folks would get to hear it tomorrow when they are babysitting.

Zoe, I am very jealous!
