on the lottie this week ...
I've spent about 5 minutes watching a Goldcrest hunting down insect in the ash tree ... wonder if you can train them to eat red mite chin 4 times I've been down and disturbed a Green woodpecker hunting in the grass - I assume its the Meadow ants that I have. Loads of Great Tits, Chaffinches, Robins, Dunnocks, Bullfinches and Blackbird. Great to see them and a sign spring is on the way

The view is much better from the naughty step ... Cool
A lovely way to spend some time - they are never still are they.  We have 4 robins at the moment - I have never seen them fighting but they do tend not to get too close to each other.  Woodpeckers drop bits of fatball on the ground from the feeders, but then Mr Pheasant comes along with the wife and cleans up Smile

De-stress with Poultry - and have the patience of a Broody

I have very diligent Robins just starting to build their moss nest in my wood store. So pretty.
I never make the same mistake twice. I do it at least five or six times, just to make sure !
