I've been selling my eggs down the allotment to raise money for BHWT.  I have loads of takers so decided to rescue another 3 a couple of weeks ago.  I have never ever seen 3 such bald, terrified chickens in my life.  They're growing feathers now but are just too terrified to come out of the Eglu run.  Honestly it would break a concrete heart.
I would add an attachment if I knew how...
If they can be taught to hate, they can be taught to love.
