Not sure that feather sexing is at all accurate unless the breed has been specifically produced to be feather sexed. I certainly wouldn't cull chicks using this method. I hatched SLW chicks last year and found them very hard to sex - run them on until you are really sure otherwise you may end up culling hens.
I never make the same mistake twice. I do it at least five or six times, just to make sure !
